Career advancement and professional developmentHigh Potential ProgramWith our initiative entitled "High Potentials @ S&T ", we give employees who perform above and beyond the job specifications, display a high level of social competence and last but not least achieve significant success on behalf of S&T the opportunity to further develop their personal and professional skills within a period of 1.5 years. The program starts each year and consists of 12 participants. Executive developmentThe S&T Leadership Training is designed to provide our executives with the capabilities they need, especially when it comes to social skills. This will enable them to optimally fulfill their responsibilities, tasks and roles for the benefit of everyone involved. Access to new trendsS&T and the University of St. Gallen have cooperated for a long time on the issue of “business innovation". This partnership includes preparing publications, implementing joint workshops and studies, along with the conception and realization of events for CIOs. Furthermore, S&T and the University of St. Gallen carry out joint research and consulting projects. By focusing our cooperation on business innovation, we open up new perspectives and additional competitive advantages, for S&T itself and for our customers. We continually work together with our partners (Microsoft, SAP) on developing and upgrading innovative solutions for our customers, and integrate them into our human resources and collaborative activities (e.g. SAP Talent Day). |
