We will then respond to your personal questions.What do I need to know about the application process? Our decision-making process is short and thus very prompt. We are continually in contact with you – our job candidates – in order to keep you informed about the status of your application, further steps and key decisions. What is a typical career at S&T? You need to speak to your line manager about your professional development and career advancement. Together with you, he or she will define meaningful further education targets and suitable development steps. You can assume responsibility for a particular subproject, serve as project manager, take responsibility for specific areas or issues, and also be in charge of the functional and professional leadership of employees. Further development opportunities include pre-sales activities, building up relationships to strategic customers, or coordinating international project teams. We promote careers in the fields of consulting, engineering, project management, sales and central functions, and attach considerable importance to making sure that careers are not only limited to horizontal development. The transition from functional units to internal applications for job vacancies shows our orientation within the context of this development model. What does “willingness to travel” mean at the unit Business Solutions? Our work has to be oriented to the demands of our customers. This means our consultants advise customers five days a week.
